It's so easy to turn up at Novy, have a lovely treatment and then return home without facing anyone, Joanne is also very knowledgable about the human body and its muscles which helps if you have any sports injuries or concerns. It's a peaceful and warm room without interruptions of any kind so your treatment is never disturbed by noise such as phones ringing or other clients coming and going as your time slot is for you only. Highly recommended

Joanne is professional and has become a special friend. She has seen me through a lot of ups and a lot of downs and is so lovely to talk to. A true friend, and can put me to sleep easily with the touch of her hand hahahah......
