Totally relaxed environment, no stress of being interrupted during treatment due to Owner's careful booking management. Easy to get to and park - no city centre hassle but same, actually better, quality. Always a nice experience regardless of the treatment (is waxing ever enjoyable?!). I wouldn't go anywhere else.
As always a fantastic experience and a true indulgence from start to finish - both with the facial and the pedicure along with chatting to Joanne is always a pleasure.

Lovely setting , studio in the bottom of her gorgeous garden. Was really cute ! Don't stop when your sat-nav tells you to, keep going round the road and you will see signs for novy :)
