My phone died on the way to my appointment and I was running super late. Not only did the WONDERFUL girls still see to me to ensure I got my treatment but they charged my phone and offered refreshments whilst I caught my breath. OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Thank you Katie for the best face wax I have ever had. I have such sensitive skin and Katie advised a wax more suitable to my skin type than the one I had booked. Wonderful lady and a pro at her job. See you again soon

Lisa was so reassuring throughout the whole treatment. This was my first time in a salon and I thought I would be surrounded by only women. I was pleasantly surprised to see other guys in the reception area and one in the brow chair. I was instantly put at ease and Lisa made the whole experience almost enjoyable. Will rebook for 4 weeks time as advised.
