Facial threading was great. Hollywood wax was super speedy but not in a good way. I wasn’t really offered an opportunity to check if I was happy with the results but rather told “the other hairs are too short”. I think a quick use of tweezers would have left me feeling better rather than having to go home and do that myself, especially given the wax seemed to take no more than 10 minutes which given the price I paid felt disproportionate to the service quality received.
