I was very disappointed with my experience at NQ wax studio. The results of my lash lift were incredibly disappointing- barely any lift or curl you cannot tell at all which is not what you would expect for £40. I also was sent home when I could barely see with most of my eyelid covered in glue and tint. The service was also quite poor- I arrived early and was happy to wait but almost 10 mins into my appointment the girls were still chatting in the back and had not said anything to me.

Got Hollywood wax and could not recommend it more! It was so quick,Katie was done in like 15 min and not as painful as my previous experiences 🫶🏻

Fantastic treatment. Had to have my lash extensions removed after a horrific experience and result from elsewhere. Alina was attentive and so gentle. Can’t wait for her to redo them 🥰
