Demi did an amazing job and is one of the kindest and genuinely nice people I've ever met during a beauty treatment (I've been to loads lol). My advice is to ensure the booked beautician handles the appointment or update the customer if there's a change for accurate staff ratings and customer satisfaction. I'd love to book with Demi again but prefer notification if there's a switch for comfort in having a familiar beautician.
