Was phoned 2 hours before my appointment to say they where full had only just received my booking and treatwell should not let people book last minute I confirmed I had booked a week in advance to be told again about last minute appointments, asked for girls name on the phone as she had an attitude where she then ended the call and just ignored that I asked 2/3 times for her name, I then called back to raise a complaint with manager to find my number was blocked msgd on their fb this was ignored
Treatwell hadn’t advised NTHair that I had booked so this obviously caused a problem due to the number of people allowed in the salon at the one time. My cut was still done in a timely manner only problem was with Treatwell not the salon
