The staff went above and beyond to get my hair put up for a wedding despite the fact that Treatwell hadn’t let them know that the appt was booked. The manager was on her first day back after mat leave but was not phased at all by the mix up and sprang into action to see if one of her staff could come in. Ten minutes later, I was sitting down getting my hair curled. This was an absolute lifesaver. Will be booking again but not through Treatwell!
