the company has no way of informing the lady in the shop of appointments, this was a big waste of time for me as I travelled to get here ! the lady was left not knowing who is booked with her as the salon doesn't have a way of notifying her of appointments via treat well. the owners need to rectify this

They didn't do I had booked an appointment via Treatwell app so my appointment didn't start on time and I had to speak on the phone to the manager because they didn't believe I paid through the app.

I use to go to another salon for eyelash extensions but unfortunately they closed down so decided to give this salon a try, The staff are really friendly and the salon is cute. The eyelash extensions were not great. It’s advertised as individual lashes but it was more like cluster eyelashes. I had to ask the lady to correct the eyelashes because it wasn’t great at all. It’s not a bad salon I just think a lot of improvement is needed on eyelash extension skills.
