the company has no way of informing the lady in the shop of appointments, this was a big waste of time for me as I travelled to get here ! the lady was left not knowing who is booked with her as the salon doesn't have a way of notifying her of appointments via treat well. the owners need to rectify this
They didn't do I had booked an appointment via Treatwell app so my appointment didn't start on time and I had to speak on the phone to the manager because they didn't believe I paid through the app.
