Absolutely rubbish experience. room was unclean wax was burning .I asked the therapist to turn it low but she lied that it is already in low setting but I noticed it was on maximum level .I’ve got bumps on all over my upper arm right away,I asked for alovera gel however the therapist applied after wax soothing cream but no alovera gel was available .afterwards I got acne all over my upper arms and the process was very fast & painful and after fer days my hairs growth looks like I shaved not wax
