When I arrived, Alpa did not know I had an appointment (booked through Treatwell) and had to phone her manager. I was surprised not to be shown to a back room for my eyebrow treatment, as I did not want to sit in full view of Golders Green Rd. The threading was more painful than on other occasions. My two eyebrows turned out looking very different and feeling quite sore. At the end, Alpa said only cash was accepted - this had not been stated on the website, and I did not have any cash on me.
