The therapeutic massage I booked through Treatwell was perfect - exactly what I needed. Lovely experience from start to finish - Alice made me feel like I'd known her for years. The salon has a lovely ambience. I've sometimes found with past experiences of massages that the room is too cold and bright. Not at Nu-u, I was very comfortable and felt able to relax. In particular, I noted Alice's genuineness and professionalism- explaining the type of massage, asking me about previous injuries and following up the treatment by explaining I might be tender for a few days etc. Booking a massage is a rare treat, so I was really pleased that I wasn't made to feel hurried or rushed. I will definitely be returning to Nu-u for massages and other treatments in future.
Peaceful and pleasant ambiance; service was excellent. The owner is definitely doing her best to pumper you up.

I've been looking for a spa for sometime so when I came across this gem I booked myself in for a full body massage and couldn't have been happier with my experience, I was so pleased I made a second booking before leaving.
I would definetly recommend.
