Very friendly staff, was quick and comfortable

The staff were rather unwelcoming, I felt like a nuisance upon entering and didn't receive even a smile. I was taken to a tiny room which was uncomfortably warm and told curtly to take off my clothes, without even being asked if I had had this very intimate wax before. I also was uncomfortable because there wasn't a towel to cover myself up with, which would have been polite considering the door the beautician enters through opens to a corridor where other clients can easily see EVERYTHING. My beautician came in without knocking and we began the wax in silence, with her not asking me to move into position but rather pulling my legs wide apart (I have had this wax before but I imagine to someone who hasn't they would be seriously ill at ease.) She used hot wax but didn't rip it off in one go, rather kept tugging on it which prolongs the pain, and also used wax strips over the freshly waxed skin which is the worst thing you can do. As a result, I still have hairs left and my skin actually started flaking and peeling off! Awful experience, please spend the extra £8 or so at a professional beauticians.
Hollywood Waxing
This was a wonderfully relaxing massage with good pressure & technique. The bed was slightly uncomfortable with the head part lying on front & felt they could have had some background music. All in all very good and would highly recommend having a massage here.

Have been here before. It offers good value treatments but not a spa like experience. I booked on Treatwell but they didn't seem to factor my visit into taking clients ad hoc. My appointment took a lot long as a result.
