Staff very rude, burned my nails w the file and so on, last time booking here. I do not recommend it anymore!

Great prices but it was so disorganised, staff were nice but they didn't seem to know what anyone was doing. During my facial, another member of staff was constantly coming in and out. However, my skin looked refreshed.

The staff were mostly nice but sometimes unclear about what they were doing - they didn’t ask me what I wanted before I started which made the experience quite nervracking however I am very pleased with the end result and they payed close attention to the nail colour and satisfaction of the customer
