I've been searching for a friendly, inexpensive place to go to for a wax for years and I'm hapoy to say I've finally found it! Natty was lovely and put me at ease straight away. The wax was fast and as painless as a wax can be and it is the best value for money I've found. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Natty :-D

I was made to wait 25 minutes before finally getting seen for my pre-booked appointment, and then asked for natural looking lashes. The woman who did it was very gentle and it was painless (except for the eye stickers which she pulled down my under eyes with, which made for an uncomfortable hour) but once they were on, there was a big clump of lashes hanging off the corner of one eye. I had to ask her twice to fix it, and the second time she just plucked them, taking my real eyelash off with it! The lashes themselves are really big.. not natural like I’d asked for. So while she was gentle and the process easy, the wait time and end result are disappointing.
