Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The lady who had her eyebrows threaded before me noticed a chip in her eyebrow and I thought it was something she may had before the threading. I sat down, had the same therapist (older lady), after a few minutes she took the scissors out and decided to cut my brows without even asking. Since she already cut the right side she needs to balance the left. But checking in the mirror she had chipped my brow. No remorse only to stay I needed a trim. To mend this she went deeper with the threading and both sides where unbalanced. I wasn't happy but was more in shock at the time. Plus I'd already paid through Treatwell, I just wanted to leave the shop. There is definitely something wrong with her technique but she has NO idea! that's two people in a row that mentioned it to her face! I'm never going back there.

I always visit this salon as it’s great value for money and I’m always happy with the job done. However this time I was in my way for my 11am appointment to be called to come at 3 instead. That was fine, I arrived at 3, only to wait almost 2 hrs as they were so overbooked. The laser hair removal was fine and I really felt for my beautician, as she wasn’t able to take her lunch break. The owners of this salon need to fix their booking and not ILLEGALLY have staff missing their breaks
