Very busy which is expected for a Saturday but it would be nice if the lady who sits at the desk would allow the beauty therapist to finish with one client instead of asking me to move with dye on my eyebrows so another customer could have something done. Never happened to me anywhere else

Very busy place( hard to relax) but good stuff and they actually care about you and what they are doing.
Pedicure
I would not at all recommend this place for make up, when I first arrived I was left waiting for around 15 minutes before being taken to a room in the back which was dirty.The make up took around 30-45 minutes and looked nothing like the photo I showed the lady who was doing my make up. Among other mistakes the eyeshadow was not blended (leaving me with a white stripe beneath my eyebrow and a brown smudge underneath that), the eyebrows were horrendously overdrawn and uneven (one drawn higher than the other) and the eyeliner was bumpy. I looked like a cartoon character in stage make up and it absolutely was not worth the £35 it cost. Very overpriced for a terrible service.
