Sometimes when I book & go in they are not prepared so seems that there’s needs to be more communication with bookings or notifications so they can be aware they have bookings through Treatwell . Otherwise very nice staff and good experience and however is more expensive via treatwell .

Therapist was pleasant and kept me up to date with waiting times etc. Some cleanliness issues should be addressed eg giving used towels etc but the treatment itself was nice.

The staff was nice but that’s about it. I went for a bikini wax. The salon doesn’t look clean at all. The beautician stayed in the room while I was putting my clothes back on. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing, it was painful and messy. I don’t recommend
