Avoid!!! I have experienced a number of odd and rude behaviours at this salon but what happened during my last visit was the final straw. I made a double booking for myself and my sister, both for the exact same time and paid for them in advance. As we arrived there were about 5 therapists sitting around idly but we were asked to sit down and wait. Then I was called up to start the lashes treatment which did not start with any sort of consultation. Btw mink lashes and Russian volume are all the same here. I don’t even think they look at what type of booking you have made they just stick them on. In fact I was once told by the manager not to book through Treatwell next time, instead I should call up because the “glamour” look I wanted costs more and they take a cut of the fee. Needless to say this remark blew my mind as she was basically saying that I should call to book an appointment and they would charge me more for the same Russian volume eyelashes that I originally booked online. After she’d finished applying the lashes she disappeared with no warning and left me for what felt like ages. Once I could finally open my eyes because they stung that much (waaay too much glue used) I turned around to see my sister still waiting for her lashes to be applied despite us booking for the same time. So an hour appointment turned into two despite our pre booking, all the free staff that were there when we first walked in and the number of walk in customers that were seen before my sister. We were outraged and to top it all off once we’d finished we were stopped to check if we had already paid. Surely this could have been done discreetly sometime whilst we were waiting maybe then they would have also seen the time both appointments were supposed to be. Overall, I would say the quality of the lashes are poor so don’t be seduced by the price and the customer service is appalling they just want to squeeze as many walk ins in as possible leaving prebooked appointments waiting. Terrible place and highly unprofessional I wouldn’t spend another penny here!!!
