I was left sat there waiting for almost an hour after my appointment to be seen; staff were just sat there talking to each other while I waited. The lady that did my lashes who I believe is the manager didn’t ask me what I wanted. The same day eyelashes started falling out! I will not be going to NU-Wave again and I don’t recommend others do. The price is great but the customer service is rubbish. Every time I’ve gone there I’ve been made to feel like a criminal, they block the door asking if I’ve paid which I had online; the reason I’m saying this is because as I waited other people just left without question!
