Good salon, however the staff were all over the place standing around and I booked my treatments for certain time slots but I still had to wait hours

The treatment room was so cold that I didn't enjoy any of the massage. I had to ask for a towel to put over myself as nothing was provided.
The lights are so bright, there's no dimmer switch and I wasn't offered anything to go over my eyes. This meant it was impossible to relax.
The place was very disorganised. Floor and toilet are unclean
The ladies that work there are nice enough and the actual massage technique was fine.
The overall experience was not good and I felt as though I had wasted an hour of my time.

The beauty therapist, Afroz was lovely- I have never felt so relaxed during a facial. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrow tint as well. I will definitely be visiting NuWave Medi Spa on a regular basis for all my beauty needs from now on.

Arrived on time for my appointment and was told to ‘take a seat’, was seen to for a while and was accused of being late. Natty did all my waxing/threading which was good. She also gave me a facial which was good but the atmosphere could have been better (loud music from the salon, staff chatting loudly, a bright light shown in my face etc). It would have been nice to know what she was actually doing. My skin is really clearer though and baby soft.
