Overall I am happier 2 days after treatment than I was at the time of completion.
My left eye looks lovely but my right eye not so lovely. The lashes don’t fan out as nicely on this eye, the lashes on the outer corner are too curly making them look short where they have curled back too far ( I have been applying castor oil here and the curl has now dropped a little) and the lashes on my inner corner were missed entirely so look the same as before treatment.
Staff swapped over during my treatment had started so this may be the reason that one eye looks better than the other.
I will go back for this treatment again because I believe if I make staff aware of the issues concerning the right eye hopefully they can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Although staff were friendly, when I arrived in the morning the salon was not as clean as it could be. Threading threads could be seen stuck to a seat at the front, on the table I was getting my waxing. Old wax remained on the towel protecting the table.
Waxing wise, Hollywood one can be painful and most beauticians apply their gloved hand on the waxed area just after removing the wax to alleviate the pain - not here (or not that beautician).
I also noticed that she wasn’t waxing following hair direction. Now a couple of days afterwards hair is growing back so have to spend money on home wax to remove hair roots (some almost feel like they’ve been shaved).
Hollywood Waxing
I had a lovely massage - the therapist was very good. The only things I would say that could improve my experience was: please play relaxing music during the treatment - not cheesy 80s hits piped in from the main studio. Also, the other staff were very loud laughing & chatting to each other - yes it was the end of the day but it doesn't help when you're trying to de-stress and have a relaxing massage. When you arrive at the Salon, a bit of communication would help instead of just being told to "take a seat." My appointment started late, but nobody explained this or how long it would take to start my appointment or who was going to be doing my treatment. But good value for money nonetheless.

Visited this place a few times now and the ladies are fantastic.
