In and out in less than half an hour.
The staff were friendly enough, however the hairdresser that washed/cut/blow dried my hair manage to do everything that I DIDN’T ask for. I had quite long hair, and I asked for a few inches to be taken off, retouch on my long layers, and the style kept the same. He literally spent 8 minutes cutting my hair in 8-10 cuts, and gave me a random side fringe I didn’t want. When asked if I wanted my hair blow-dried curly, I declined as my hair is naturally straight and I wanted to see the final cut properly. He ignored it and just went on to blow-dry my hair curly. It didn’t look amazing, but it didn’t look bad when I left. However, the following night when I went to wash and blow-dry my own hair, I found my hair cut all in different shapes, with random long bits of hair in the ‘fringe’. Everything was cut so bluntly, and the back of my hair (which he never showed me... with good reasons...) was a state. As I work long hours, I didn’t have time to go to complain as I most definitely would have. Instead, I spent nearly a week with comments about how badly cut my hair was... a few people even asked me if I cut it myself! Not something you expect in a professional, well-reviewed spa! I was so upset with it that I actually paid extra to go get it fixed somewhere else, where again, they made comments about how badly cut it was.
It also said in the package that I booked that it included a conditioning treatment, which I’m pretty sure I did not receive... unless he did it within the 3 minutes that he took to wash my hair.
Only great thing is they see you straight away if you have a booking - even if they were rushing to get me out for the next customer!
All in all, I can’t comment about the other services they provide, but as for the hairdressing department... Don’t do it.

Natty did a full leg and bikini wax very efficiently and thoroughly. She also gave a nice leg massage at the end of the waxing which is a very pleasant little extra.
