Learn to say no, having lots of people sitting waiting for nails not only puts the staff under pressure, but it isn’t nice for customers that are being treated either as the staff then begin to rush!!

It was my first visit to Nu-Wave and I had an appointment with Joy for a haircut and blow dry and conditioning treatment. I really like my new hair style and recommend the place.

Really good value for a job well done. Had to wait a little bit later than my appointment started but she still finished within the same time. Felt very relaxed throughout the treatment
