The Swedish massage I had was very nice and the lady who did the massage was very good at working out the knots and tension I had in my neck and shoulders. The only negatives were the lighting was very bright in the room which was less relaxing and the room was very cramped as they had a large machine in there for other treatments which meant there was no real space to put my belongings.

I had a wax with a lady called Noor (sorry if I've spelled it wrong) and she was the most gentle and attentive person to do waxing for me in many years, haven't left a hair! It was an enjoyable experience (as much as a wax can be enjoyable). Will definitely book again with her. :)

I always have a pleasant experience at this spa. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This time Natty provided my treatment and she was very professional throughout. She had noticed that I was becoming a regular monthly customer and recommended me to try laser hair removal. I had told her that I had. Never thought about it and believed it would be a painful experience. She reassured me that it want as painful as I thought and offered to let me try a test patch area for free! I took the offer and to my surprise, The was right. It wasn’t painful at all. I had waited a couple of weeks before posting a review as all the staff said I would notice a difference in the areas I had waxed compared to the area I had laser treatment on. At first, I didn’t think there was much of a difference but after just under a month I notice the regrowth of hair in the area that had laser treatment, is much less compared to the areas that I had gotten waxed. Which is making me consider laser hair removal for a bigger area of my body next time.
