Upon arrival I was offered a seat until the beautician was available. The salon was very busy, which I think is a good sign - they’re obviously doing something right! I booked a Hollywood wax. The beautician was warm, friendly and very efficient. My only criticism is that the floor of the treatment room wasn’t very clean, but my apppintment was at the end of the day so perhaps this is to be expected after a busy day. That said, I will definitely book an appointment here again.

Was really busy and despite having booked still had to wait about 20 minutes for my treatments. Pedicure was a bit rough. Overall the result was good, but not very relaxing. It's not a 5 star place - a little rough around the edges but the results were fine.

I had to wait for my appointment. I was looked after by a lady who was very distracted and despite me asking not to cut my cuticles, proceeded to. The polish was old and floppy and my beautician did not even acknowledge this. She painted my nails pretty roughly and I had to ask for a few to be redone. Not great!
