Can't rate the treatment as I never got it. Booked an appointment for 5pm, was still waiting 25 minutes later. What's the point in having an appointment booking facility if you aren't going to keep to them? Avoid unless you're prepared to go in and wait

Was a good experience, but there was lots of people waiting in there making it feel slightly cramped. However lovely and clean and Staff really nice, really pleased with my nails.
