Not happy. My lashes looked practically the same. Only slightly less straight then before and there was barely any tint. I don't think it was done correctly. Would NOT go back. Very disappointed especially because it isn't a cheap treatment. The only saving grace is the lovely staff, who made me feel very welcome.
Eyelash Perming
My eyebrows have been left uneven. They are cash only but didn’t have enough change - I gave up after she kept looking for enough coins and told her to keep the change. Thoroughly disappointed, will not be returning. There are far better eyebrow threading places in the ealing area for the same price

My stylist was super friendly, the rest of the staff were to busy chatting away with each other... but my stylist was great.
Ambiance could be better if personal calls etc by other staff were made away from customer area...
