I’ll start with the positive . Convenient, cheap, good opening hours . Ok so I arrived a little early and was told to go away and come back (15minutes ) I declined and stayed , and was given a very rude look . The more senior lady told me to stay and I sat down . I spoke to a therapist and told her how I would like my lashes , and she nodded and told me to sit in the chair . That salon was manic and the chair was in the corner to the back door . She put the covers on my eyes, poking me in the eye and then left me there for 20 minutes and started rooting through a box when I finally said have you not got the right lashes , she said she want doing the lashes someone else was . I asked for single mink lashes , i got cheap cluster lashes . They didn’t show me the box , and when she finally started she didn’t introduce herself , just stuck the lashes to my forehead with glue and then used that as a base to pick them off to apply ???? She’s was constantly talking to others , stopping , and hadn’t even washed her hands . She got glue in my eye , and told me just to stay still and tried to poke me in the eye with a cotton bud ! If my eyelashes hadn’t been half done at that stage I would have left . I ploughed on , she didn’t listen to a word I said , and the lashes are all the same length , bending the wrong way and cheap . I wanted natural looking lashes and they are just cheap glamour instead . When she asked me to check , there where large gaps , which I asked her to fix , she then instructed a lady to fab my eyes with paper which she flicked on my face , to dry the glue ? ?? The reason for this later became apparent, as all my lashes are stuck together !?! She left me sitting there for 15 minutes , whilst she disappeared, then after complaining she cane back and said she had to go wash up ? She stuck a couple more on and in. The end I gave up . Half have already fallen out . DO NOT be seduced by the price , I wouldn’t pay £20 for these . Awful experience. Dirty and stressful
environment, terrible customer care, beautician talks to all her friends whilst giving treatment overall giving bad end result .
