I went in for a simple haircut and NuWave definitely did the job! The problem was the organization of their booking system. I booked online and when I showed up, they weren't aware of my booking (as they hadn't checked online appointments) and their day was already full. I was told I could wait a few hours or reschedule. So I rescheduled to the next day and when I arrived, I still had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time because they had started work on someone else and kept asking me if I had an appointment, which I did.

My only issue is the double dipping of the stick they use as I’ve been advised that’s what causes infection

This was my first time getting a Hollywood was and despite being extremely nervous and dreading it, the staff made sure that my experience was nothing short of great. The lady I did the treatment with was ever so lovely. She engaged in conversation with me and made me feel comfortable all throughout. Really good value for money!

This salon is very unprofessional. The whole experience was awful. They double booked my appointment and throughout continued to lie about how long my treatment would take. It ended up takin an hour and a half longer than they originally told me. The hairdresser did half of my highlights then left to take care of another customer which left the colour very uneven. There was no hot water so I had my hair washed with freezing cold water. Very unrelaxing and a Major disappointment. When I complained they refused to give me a refund.
