however as soon as you walk in you don't want to hear the owner telling the hairdresser to not spend too much time on blow drying and cutting etc because the customers are paying very little..
the hair dresser a guy. does not understand English very well. I asked for half an inch. Now left with a bob...not a great look when I had a lob.. stay away ladies...

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait for 45 minutes as the stylist was busy with other customers. Also was charged an additional fee for long hair, this was not disclosed prior to booking or even prior to the treatment.

I arrived at the salon to find that it was quite full with lots of ‘walk-in’ customers. I had to wait for approx 15mins for the beautician to remove my eyelash extensions, but it was fine as the gentleman behind the counter kept reassuring me that the wait wouldn’t be much longer. I was happy with the service, although my eyes did sting for a little bit during the treatment, to which I was told that ‘it was normal’. As this was the first time I had had eyelash extensions removed, I do not know if this is correct. My eyelashes were removed quite promptly and I am happy with the results. I would probably go back to this salon again.
