Was kept waiting over half an hour though they blamed treatwell for this, not sure who was to blame. She kept pulling the wax when it hadn't set properly (I think my skin was quite warm due to the room being the size of a toilet cubicle). The whole experience was pretty uncomfortable...I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go back to this salon.

Really good service. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had a Hollywood wax with Sonia. She was really good. I definitely can’t wait to come back and will definitely be recommending to friends & family. Really good value for money as I come all the way from Liverpool Street! Worth it! & their deals are amazing too. I left as a very happy client.

I went in for a simple haircut and NuWave definitely did the job! The problem was the organization of their booking system. I booked online and when I showed up, they weren't aware of my booking (as they hadn't checked online appointments) and their day was already full. I was told I could wait a few hours or reschedule. So I rescheduled to the next day and when I arrived, I still had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time because they had started work on someone else and kept asking me if I had an appointment, which I did.

My only issue is the double dipping of the stick they use as I’ve been advised that’s what causes infection
