This was my first time getting a Hollywood was and despite being extremely nervous and dreading it, the staff made sure that my experience was nothing short of great. The lady I did the treatment with was ever so lovely. She engaged in conversation with me and made me feel comfortable all throughout. Really good value for money!

This salon is very unprofessional. The whole experience was awful. They double booked my appointment and throughout continued to lie about how long my treatment would take. It ended up takin an hour and a half longer than they originally told me. The hairdresser did half of my highlights then left to take care of another customer which left the colour very uneven. There was no hot water so I had my hair washed with freezing cold water. Very unrelaxing and a Major disappointment. When I complained they refused to give me a refund.

My third time getting my waxing done here and this time it was with a different member of staff (a bit nervous at first because it was a new person to get used to) but she made sure I felt comfortable and turned up the heating when I felt cold and adjusted the temperature of the wax when I mentioned it was quite hot.
