As I’ve had a number of facials before in other places I had expectations, sadly these were not met at this place. The facial seemed very basic and the moisturiser was washed off at the end which was wrong I had to ask for more. The back ground music was like we was in a club! My suggestion is find some new relaxing melodies to play such as sounds of water falls or waves. Overall 4/10 I would not visit again.

On arrival I felt like they didn't even knew that they had an appointment booked, however that was promptly resolved and after a short wait I got led to a little room for the massage. My therapist asked me about my needs and made sure that the pressure was good. The massage was very relaxing and distressing, and I loved the fact that she also massaged my head. Full hour of massage as booked, no rush even though I was the last client in the store. Overall a great experience that I will definitely repeat, however the cleaniness of the room let them down a bit as the floor was no very clean, with buds and other bits on it.

Hair cut was good. Staff were abrupt. My hairdresser didnt speak much english. When she didnt understand me a colleague came over to speak with me not in a nice way but approached me pretty aggressively. Need to work on their customer experience. It was very busy.. no where to sit. Very cramped (probably bevause of the cheap price).
