Excellent service - the staff were very helpful, my options were discussed with me before proceeding with the treatment. The facilities were clean, warm and up to date. I will definitely go again.

convenient location in Ealing Broadway and a wide variety of services offered.
however as soon as you walk in you don't want to hear the owner telling the hairdresser to not spend too much time on blow drying and cutting etc because the customers are paying very little..
the hair dresser a guy. does not understand English very well. I asked for half an inch. Now left with a bob...not a great look when I had a lob.. stay away ladies...

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait for 45 minutes as the stylist was busy with other customers. Also was charged an additional fee for long hair, this was not disclosed prior to booking or even prior to the treatment.
