The staff were polite but when I got there, I was told that the hair dresser wouldn't be arriving until 10.30. Another lady did my hair, and it didn't seem like she was actually a hairdresser. She wasn't very tactful either; asking me how much I paid for the treatment online and telling me that I should have paid more for what I was getting.
There was also hair all over the floor.
While this was a decent hair cut, I probably wouldn't go there again. The staff's bizarre attitude and the lack of cleanliness put me off.

The massage was very good, but unfortunately they didn't have a shower to take off the product after my exfoliation treatment...

Terrible experience. Will not be going back there ever again. The only good thing about the place was the guy that cut my hair. He was quick and did my hair well. Chopped off a bit more than I expected but it’s ok. Other staff were so unprofessional and loud.

Very good wax, staff attentiveness/friendliness could improve slightly.
