The treatment room was so cold that I didn't enjoy any of the massage. I had to ask for a towel to put over myself as nothing was provided.
The lights are so bright, there's no dimmer switch and I wasn't offered anything to go over my eyes. This meant it was impossible to relax.
The place was very disorganised. Floor and toilet are unclean
The ladies that work there are nice enough and the actual massage technique was fine.
The overall experience was not good and I felt as though I had wasted an hour of my time.

The beauty therapist, Afroz was lovely- I have never felt so relaxed during a facial. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrow tint as well. I will definitely be visiting NuWave Medi Spa on a regular basis for all my beauty needs from now on.
