The staff were really friendly and comforting. I was even offered a cup of tea after my session which I thought was a really nice touch. Great service.

The staff were polite but when I got there, I was told that the hair dresser wouldn't be arriving until 10.30. Another lady did my hair, and it didn't seem like she was actually a hairdresser. She wasn't very tactful either; asking me how much I paid for the treatment online and telling me that I should have paid more for what I was getting.
There was also hair all over the floor.
While this was a decent hair cut, I probably wouldn't go there again. The staff's bizarre attitude and the lack of cleanliness put me off.
