I arrived on time, only to be told my hairstylist was stuck in traffic. When he arrived, he explained that he didn't start work until that time! I waited for 45 minutes with no apology and minimal explanation - instead, the manager brazenly tries to sell me other services. Management is poor, but my hair was done really nicely and good value. Would return but would make sure I had the whole day free..
