It was my first visit to this salon , I has a cut and blow dry and eye brow shape . They were very welcoming did a great job on my eye brows , was painless and perfect . The hair cut I was fantastic , she knew how my hair should be cut and finished which is hard to find when you have fine hair , they always puff it up like a poodle in the name of volume . I will be visiting again and would highly recommend this salon as it does everything under one roof which cuts down on running around and the price is reasonable compared to other salons . For me it's the cut and that's what I left happy with most .
Ladies' Haircuts
I have only visited once, and in fairness it was a bank holiday in the summer so not surprising it was busy. However, the place was packed, there was not event space to walk through the treatment rooms for people doing treatments everywhere. The treatment room floor also needed cleaning. The wax itself wasn't the best, and resulted in an unusual level of soreness following this. I wouldn't be visiting again.
Hollywood Waxing
Not that impressed- paid for a shellac pedicure and they gave me a normal pedicure instead... Salon definitely needs to be cleaner (there was a tissue with blood on it on the floor near where I was having my pedicure done). Would not go back
Pedicure
My Hairdresser was really attentive and understanding. She knew exactly how to best trim my hair, considering that it was made up of many disconnected layers that she was able to repair. She gave me really useful advice on how to strengthen and grow my hair. I was comfortable allowing her to do what she needed to make my hair look the best it could while avoiding chopping off length, upon my request.
