Overall, my experience was good. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and was seen to straight away. Sonya was able to hold a good conversation which made me feel more at ease/comfortable instead of awkward.

The waxer was lovely but used the same stick to apply wax throughout treatment.

Avoid if you can. Went in for partial half head highlights and cut. I asked if my roots could be coloured literally on roots, half head done in brown dye, (I did question why this was being done at the time) then followed by a handful of highlights. Result I have darker hair then when I can in. Hardly any highlights at root, so my hair looks like it needs to be done now rather than just been done. Attitude of hairdresser was bad too, As I questioned why he was dying my hair in brown rather than blonde. Cut was 2mins trim. Don't waste your time. I went here genuinely looking for a new future hairdressers closer to home, disappointed by my visit. Will not be back under any circumstance.
