I had to show my reservation confirmation twice with an attitude like I was a liar and thief. Understand one can't be careful enough but at least try not to made it so visible to the customers. No discreetness when I had to announce in front of other customers what treatment I am coming for. There was no handle in the actual treatment room, just two wholes, a whole in the corner of the ceiling where my naked lady parts where facing, not very clean floor and the therapist was double dipping in the wax container.

I would give it a 0, but there's no option here. I booked a haircut online for one of the slots on offer - 9.30 am. Arrived 5 minutes prior, only to be told that the hairdresser would come at 10 am. I had to leave, couldn't wait. No apologies, just a blank look on the receptionist's face. No, it was no 'Treatwell' experience for me, quite the oposite.
