Rachel is so lovely, she understood what i wanted and needed very quickly. The only "but" I would give them is that despite having an appointment I had to wait 1h before she could start with me.

Was waiting over half an hour for my appointment. Place was overcrowded and very unclean.

As a quick place to go, this venue must be fine as it had a number of ladies pop their heads in for a wax, eyebrow fix or manicure. However, for the deluxe pedicure experience I had booked it was a shambles. By the end of my hour there, 20 of which was me waiting to be seen (despite booking in advance) and 10 waiting for my toes to dry (and to talk to the manager), I did have a nice new polish on, but nothing 'deluxe' had happened at all. I asked for a refund of the price difference between a file and polish (which is what I ended up having) and a deluxe manicure. After some tooing and froing I did get the difference back, but was essentially gutted my relaxing treat had been so disappointing,
Pedicure
Sangeeta was so quick doing my Hollywood I was in and out with in 10 mins ! It was done to perfection virtually without pain ! Amazing x will be back in 4 weeks xx
