Staff are very nice. Quick service. Was very busy when I went, almost overcrowded but I guess it was Saturday mid afternoon. The threading itself was good, some minor strands were left, but that was OK. Overall good and will go back again. Great Value for money. Also the shop name is called Belle Amie, not signed Nu-wave as indicated on treatwell.
The staff (at least the woman that I worked with) saves this place. It is very tight and to be honest, not that clean. I can't complain too much about this as there hasn't been a place I've been to in the area that is much cleaner. The treatment itself was lovely and the woman took her time to make sure I was comfortable and happy. All in all, I'd probably go back.
All good 👌🏼
The wax was excellent and the lady doing it was amazing. However, the door not closing properly and my lady parts facing whoever walked past was horrifically embarrassing. I spent my time panicking to check if someone was walking by the room. It actually served as a good pain distraction though! I'd probably go back because the door being slightly ajar is the least of your worries when someone is pouring hot wax on your parts. But if you are uncomfortable with this idea I wouldn't recommend!
The salon is very cramped and comes across quite unprofessional. The treatment rooms don't feel overly clean either. Compared to other laser sessions I have had, they do not remove the hair with a razor first so you smell the burning hair. I felt very nervous having the treatment although I'd already had a similar treatment before. I wouldn't go back.
