All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I had to show my reservation confirmation twice with an attitude like I was a liar and thief. Understand one can't be careful enough but at least try not to made it so visible to the customers. No discreetness when I had to announce in front of other customers what treatment I am coming for. There was no handle in the actual treatment room, just two wholes, a whole in the corner of the ceiling where my naked lady parts where facing, not very clean floor and the therapist was double dipping in the wax container.
Brazilian Waxing
I would give it a 0, but there's no option here. I booked a haircut online for one of the slots on offer - 9.30 am. Arrived 5 minutes prior, only to be told that the hairdresser would come at 10 am. I had to leave, couldn't wait. No apologies, just a blank look on the receptionist's face. No, it was no 'Treatwell' experience for me, quite the oposite.

Very friendly staff and very busy bustling atmosphere! The only thing I would improve is to inform clients of the extra cost of threading when receiving an eyebrow tint. Other than that- fabulous!
