left me bruised and not relaxed at all. 3 days later and lying down still hurts my back from where she massaged so hard. I spoke to the therapist beforehand and requested not a hard, but medium massage. She ignored that and kept hammering away at me. Didn't matter how many times i asked her to lessen the pressure, she immediately went back to doing what she wanted. Plus the place itself - what a dump. Not worth £70
