I am really disappointed, I’ve been here lots before and was so excited about my massage. But my therapist didn’t ask me if I had any concerns and did not ask me what area to concentrate me. Half of the massage she did with a scratchy towel over me which was really uncomfortable! She did not get into any knots even though I asked her to be firmer with pressure. I feel that for £55 I have been left feeling no better than when I went in! I would like someone to contact me about this
