The staff are clearly highly trained in what they do, the massage was very rigorous (a little too hard for myself) but hoping it will help in the long run. Very in depth massage getting to all my sore points however could hear someone else being massaged down the corridor which wasn't very nice.

I wasn't sure what to expect initially and was quite surprised at the time. The masseuse knew exactly where I needed attention though and worked the knots out really well.
