The entrance and waiting area of the high street premises in Beaconsfield look look as if they need some refurbishment as there are scuff marks on the walls and areas need repainting and updating. The massage was ok but there was no empathy or connection with the therapists and when we left we saw them on their phones...and I didn't even get a reply when I said to one of them "Thank you and goodbye"1
