Booked the 60 minute full body massage plus 30 minute foot massage for both myself and my partner. We both left feeling like we were walking on clouds. We would both definitely recommend checking this place out

Booked this branch as it was "prestige" and it was a birthday treat. I usually go to the ruislip one.
The oil was cold.
The massage was not 1 hour more like 50minutes.
The nails of the masseuse were digging into me.
The masseuse started coughing towards the end of the treatment (no problem with this, but she left for a few min) but finished the same time as my partner
I paid the additional £10 to go to prestige and sadly it wasn't worth it.

The entrance and waiting area of the high street premises in Beaconsfield look look as if they need some refurbishment as there are scuff marks on the walls and areas need repainting and updating.
The massage was ok but there was no empathy or connection with the therapists and when we left we saw them on their phones...and I didn't even get a reply when I said to one of them "Thank you and goodbye"1
