Reflexology is normally relaxing and the therapist would discuss problem areas, this didn't happen & I had to say 3 times it was hurting & I also highlighted twice I had a decent back op but the therapist didn't acknowledge this at all

Just what I needed! I've been feeling the tension building in my back and shoulders and decided to book myself in for a very deep tissue massage, which is exactly what I got. I'm still a bit sore but I know that's what comes with getting so much tension out and I feel so much better. Will definitely be back.
