Really good treatment the only thing I can say was they were running 20 mins behind schedule.

The masseur was 5 minutes late starting which in itself wasn't a big deal and they did apologise. However, towards the end of the massage they left the room saying they would be back to do the head massage (for the last 5 mins of the session). I lay there for 15+ minutes, well beyond the treatment's allotted 45 mins but no-one returned. I got dressed and told the receptionist who said they must have forgotten and were now with another client. That, coupled with the late start, certainly created the impression this client didn't matter. A shame, because the masseur was good when in the room. I was offered 5 mins extra massage next time, but there won't be one.
