Brilliant hospitality and an excellent massage, for my amateur standards anyway. Loved the complimentary lemongrass tea and soothing atmosphere - this really set the tone for total relaxation. My only complaint is that the floor was quite mucky, not great considering you're expected to remove your shoes as soon as you step in the door.
