Spa is clean and staff are friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing! I didnt get the lady’s name who massaged me, and we didn’t speak to eachother- she only asked if pressure was good, which is fine but i would’ve liked to know her name and exchange a smile. The massage was good but my head felt uncomfortable in the chair as there was no cushion. I also paid for a head, neck, shoulder, back massage but didn’t receive a head massage. This was disappointing but other than that a good experience.

Overall great experience, massage was great, and the staff were very hospitable. I would have preferred the foot massage in one of the private rooms as it was difficult to relax in the foyer whilst people were coming and going, some with babies.

Best massage I’ve ever had. The place is so beautiful and tranquil. Staff were so friendly and the room was peaceful and warm. 10/10 would definitely come again
