I got what I asked for, a strong deep tissue 90 minute massage, and by crikey it made me wince. A man did it :-o and all OK. I'd go again, but ask for it less strong.
I wasn't acknowledged on entry and then had a bit of a wait but massage itself was great. Rooms are clean and smell lovely. My therapist always checked everything was okay. I think the massage was maybe a little too firm on pressure, not something you could dose off with but I think that's thai massage not the therapist. All in all now that a good experience. Now that I know what to expect I would definitely go again.
There seems to be some delay with wahanda and the venue as deapite being booked days before, the venue called the day before to ask what venue id like and what service and time! They were full so I could easily have been dissapointed but that said, they managed to fit me in close enough to my original time.
On arrival, I was really impressed with the place. Authentic, just like in Thailand and friendly staff. Place seemed really busy which is always a good sign.
Some confusion over what Id booked as they sat me down in the waiting area for a foot massage whereas Id booked a back, neck and shoulder massage!
Eventually we sorted it out and I was taken to a gorgeous 'pattong' room. Heated beds, clean, relaxing and amazing therapist. For £34 it was an amazing 45 minutes of deep massage, combined with relaxation. The face and head massage at the end was perfect.
